I’ve never bought clothing off Amazon but have always really wanted to. So, recently I decided to take the plunge and grab a handful of items to try on. Here’s what I got and some tips for buying clothing on Amazon yourself.
Tips for Buying Clothing on Amazon
1. Stick to Brands You Know
Amazon sells brands we all know and love like Levi’s, Adidas, Calvin Klein, etc. But, they also have a few Amazon brands you’ll start to get to know as well like Amazon Essentials and Daily Ritual. As you start to try these on, you’ll get to know which brands are good. Stick with this and try to avoid the off-brand stuff you’ve never heard of. Or, if you are going to go off-brand just get 1 or 2 things to test out.
2. Check out what fashion/lifestyle bloggers recommened
Let others do the work for you! I picked up a few of my first Amazon pieces by checking out what other bloggers had already tried and recommended!
3. Try Amazon Prime Wardrobe
Prime Wardrobe lets you put a bunch of stuff in your “wardrobe.” Then they send it to you free of charge, and you get 7 days to try it. Ship back whatever you don’t want (the shipping label comes with it) and you’re only charged for what you keep!
4. Get a little more and plan to return
I hate online shopping because I HATE returning. But, I gotta give Amazon credit, they make is SO easy. All the clothing comes in resealable bags. So, whatever you don’t want you can easily put right back into the same bag, throw a return label on it (this is free), and ship it back.
Amazon Clothing Haul Try-On – February 2019
Daily Ritual Women’s Jersey Long-Sleeve Scoop Neck Tunic – $18.00
This scoop neck top is SUPER soft and really nice quality. It is longer in the front and back with decent coverage in the back (for wearing with leggings!) It comes in 7 different colors!
Amazon Essentials Women’s French Terry Jogger Sweatpant – $18.00
I love these joggers! They fit TTS but definitely have room, so you COULD size down if you like joggers more snug. They have pockets and fleece lining (so they are lounger joggers – not for working out.) I love the grey camo but they also come in a ton of solid colors.
Daily Ritual Women’s Jersey Swing Tunic – $14.00
Super thick and soft jersey material, I LOVE this swing tank (even more than the Old Navy ones! The perfect layering piece because it’s nice and long! Comes in tons of colors!
Amazon Essentials Lightweight Open-Front Cardigan Sweater – $18.00
This is a really great lightweight cardigan. It’s the perfect length, too! Comes in lots of color options!
Levi’s 721 High Waisted Jeans – $49.99
I really like the quality and fit of these jeans a lot. I will say they offer very little stretch, however, so maybe size up one if you like your jeans more comfy.

Daily Ritual Jersey Long-Sleeve Scoop-Neck Swing Shirt -$16.00
Like all the other Daily Ritual stuff this has a nice thick jersey material. Really great fabric! This top slightly flares at the bottom which is very flattering. Comes in lots of colors.
Amazon Essentials Terry Fleece Crewneck Sweatshirt -$17.00
Really great, basic fleece sweatshirt! I love the camo of this one, but it also comes in solid colors too!
Women’s Long Dress Loose Beach Cami Split Maxi Dress – $20
This dress was my one “wildcard” item since it’s not a brand I knew. It had decent reviews but I didn’t like it. The fabric was too thin and felt really cheap. I thought the pockets also made this look really bulky.
Daily Ritual Women’s Terry Cotton and Modal Side-Vent Tunic -$28
This is a great tunic sweatshirt! It’s a thicker sweatshirt type material with slits on the side. It’s nice and long so you can wear it with your favorite leggings! Comes in lots of colors!
Daily Ritual Jersey Short-Sleeve Open Crew Neck Tunic – $16.00
This is the bestttttt short sleeve tunic top. It’s SUPER soft and thicker jersey material and nice and long in the front and back (perfect for leggings and layering). Comes in lots of color options!
Lark & Ro Women’s Boatneck Tunic Sweater -$35.00
A GREAT sweater tunic. It’s definitely a thinner sweater
