I make this dough at least weekly. High protein co

I make this dough at least weekly. High protein compared to traditional dough, and so easy and versatile 1-1/2 cups of self rising flour and 1 cup greek plain yogurt. Mix and knead. You really can't mess up this dough, I've done a cup of flour to a cup of yogurt and it still works out. I cook most of the items at 375 to 400. Cook times vary but typically 12 to 15 minutes.NOTE: I suggest cooking this on parchment paper on your cooking tray, I was out when I filmed this reel and use tinfoil which worked too, but parchment paper is better. If you use parchment paper, you do not need to grease your pan.

On Sundays we do something called “cozy movie nights.” Everyone takes early showers and gets into their PJs. We use it as a reminder to catch up on any kid self-care tasks too like nail clipping or hair conditioner or whatever. How about a realistic playroom organization reel (not that I am implying some we see on this platform are absolutely unrealistic 😉😉)I have kids ages 6, 3, 1, and 3 months. I need a playroom that works for everyone and so in this season of our family that means mostly just super open ended toys. The board games and toys with little pieces or adult help required get stored elsewhere (bedrooms or the toy shelf in the basement.) I did this organize a few days ago and I can't tell you how much more my kids have been playing in this space 👏🏻👏🏻

My family's favorite chicken nuggets. Not only do all three of my children happily eat these, (plus my husband, and I like them too) but they include bonus cauliflower.1lb ground chicken1 cup riced cauliflower (frozen)1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon onion powder1/4 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon salt1 eggBreadcrumbsAdd the fist 6 ingredients to a food processor and blend.Using wet fingers form the mixture into nuggets, they don’t have to be exact.Scramble one egg in one bowl and add breadcrumbs to a separate bowl.Dip each nugget in the egg then into the breadcrumbs.Place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spray with avocado oil (or oil of choice)Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes flipping halfway.I finish mine in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to crisp!*these can be frozen or kept in the fridge a few days. I bake them all at once and then just use the air fryer when ready to eat!*
